ISSUE: How do you get consumers that think they know a product inside and out to reappraise it – making sure they come away with a completely different perception and remind them of the five layers and uniquely delicious taste. INSIGHT: With its five layers and textures Ferrero Rocher out performed all of it's competitors in blind tastes. IDEA: We created Dolce, a unique pop up dessert bar where our consumers could experience five individual desserts each one a metaphor for the layers and textures that go into making the unique Ferrero Rocher.
